Prospect bring ideas to life, seeing potential amongst the ordinary, adding true value to the outcome.
We care about cultural identities, communities and nature, actively engage with the local creative and civic communities to advocate for design quality in the built environment, and take a proactive approach to addressing the climate and biodiversity emergencies.
From our base in Exeter, Devon, we undertake projects throughout the South West and further afield.
As a RIBA Chartered Practice, we are bound by its Code of Practice.
Meet the Founder
Qiao Feng is the principal architect at Prospect, which she founded following over 20 years of diverse experiences in the profession across a broad range of roles and sectors. Her work can be found across the south England, and also overseas on 5 continents.
She specialises in bespoke designs and services on building projects within challenging environmental and historic context, and has extensive experience throughout the whole life cycle of projects covering all RIBA work stages.
